On Friday, October 10, we will host the tournament registration party. Upon arrival, all Cat Fight athletes must present their government issued identification and sign their team's official NAGVA roster.

It is very important that as many participants as possible register on Friday night rather than on Saturday. For those that are unable to make the Friday night registration, late registration will be completed at the Competition Venue between X:XXam - X:XXam for the AM pool play waves. Those arriving for PM pool play waves can register at the competition command desk throughout the morning. Every player must have a current 2025-26 NAGVA season membership and must sign all waivers prior to their 1st match. If a player is found to have played without signing the tournament waivers, the team will lose all matches played and be subject to disqualification from the tournament.

Cat Fight Seeding Party | Times TBA

On Saturday evening we will continue the Cat Fight at TBA for the tournament seeding party.

Sunday | October 12

Awards Presentation | Following Conclusion Of Last Championship Match

The awards presentations will be held at the competition venues immediately following the conclusion of the last final at each venue. We expect all competition to be completed by X:XXpm.

Cat Fight Closing Party | Times TBA

We will continue the Cat Fight at TBA for the conclusion of the tournament. So make sure to head to: TBA to enjoy and celebrate the awesome competition of the weekend!
